The app

Wooly is an offline subscription tracker for iPhone and Mac. It stores the subscriptions you enter, shows your spending, and schedules local reminders. It does not connect to your bank and has no account or vendor server.

Free trial and one-time purchase

Wooly is free to use for 45 days. During the trial every feature is available. After the trial ends, you can no longer add or delete subscriptions; everything else — your list, totals, insights and local reminders — keeps working, and your existing data is never locked away. To add and delete again, unlock Wooly with a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The exact terms and the price are shown on the onboarding pricing screen before you enter any data.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by the developer.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. It is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud database. See the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

Wooly is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is a personal budgeting aid, not financial advice. The developer is not liable for missed charges, incorrect totals, or any decision made based on the app. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings and system state.

Apple standard licence

Use of Wooly is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
